Freshly shucked oysters infused with rice wine vinegar, ginger and chili
Mediterranean vegetable stack, char grilled eggplant, zucchini and capsicum layered with lavosh bread and parmesan and drizzled with a balsamic pesto dressing
Tasmanian Smoked Salmon served on a potato rosti with slices of avocado and topped with a dill cream
Char grilled prawns served on a bed of rocket with a tomato and mango salsa
Thai beef salad – marinated eye fillet tossed through an Asian salad with a chili soy dressing
Tender chicken roulade rolled with spinach, sun dried tomatoes and goats cheese, wrapped in prosciutto and topped with a garlic aioli
Roasted Butternut pumpkin soup infused with Moroccan flavours and topped with char grilled chorizo sausage

Garlic and herb encrusted lamb rack, oven baked and served on a sweet potato and spinach mash with a rosemary jus
Eye Fillet cooked medium rare served on a potato rosti and topped with a tomato chutney and red wine jus
Grilled Atlantic salmon resting on a bed of spinach and mashed potato and topped with an Italian salsa
Grilled chicken breast stuffed with a Mediterranean filling on chat potatoes and drizzled with a pesto aioli
Pan seared blue eye fillets on polenta, topped with a lemon butter sauce and served with a rocket and pine nut salad
Grilled veal cutlet served on a pumpkin and pine nut mash with a balsamic onion jam and a red wine jus
Wild mushroom risotto – Arborio rice infused with sautéed wild mushrooms garnished with cashew nuts and parmesan cheese (Vegetarian option)
