My apologies for not being able to thank-you for last night!
Firstly, you, your staff and bar staff were incredible, my whole family is so pleased not only with the quality of food but how humble and kind your waiters were in all ways possible, even offering to go beyond what they had to last night happily.
Everyone loved the food and was pleased with waiters and bar staff.
I really do appreciate everything you have done over the past few months in making last night run so smoothly! I hope we have a function coming up as my family would love to use Cube Catering again.

I decided for my birthday this year I wanted to have all my friends over for a sit down formal dinner on our deck. I had been to a few functions where Ryan Jones and Craig Tesoriero, the owners of Cube Catering, were looking after the finger food, which I might add were so delicious and the boys were so efficient and friendly.
I rang Ryan and said I want a four course sit down candle lit dinner for 14 of my closest friends and sisters.
BOY!! What a fantastic night. I left the menu to Ryan, even though I had lots of options, and the whole meal was just delicious. Ryan & Craig arrived early afternoon, with all the food and cutlery, glasses etc and I was given my marching orders. I laid on the bed reading, had a shower and got dressed up, walked out and waited for my guests to arrive.
It was a truly wonderful night and everyone raved about the service and the menu. By the time everyone had left the boys had totally cleaned up my kitchen and I went off to bed. I can strongly recommend the service and menu to anyone for every kind of function big or small, or just want to spoil yourself like I did.
Cube Catering has my 100% support.

I would like to thank you again for all your help with our recent home party. The evening was a huge success and we are very appreciative of the many ways in which Cube Catering assisted us.
In our search to appoint a caterer we came across your website and being busy people we were pleased with the amount of information available to us prior to making personal contact. From the moment of our first enquiry we were impressed with your professionalism and genuine eagerness to assist wherever possible. The subsequent meeting at our home to clarify in person our food and beverage requirements helped us feel at ease that Cube Catering would meet our expectations.
We entertained some 120 guests on the night and your team did a sensational job. Most of our guests were mature aged with discerning fine taste and we wanted our guests to be well looked after – you managed to exceed our expectations, thank you! Feedback from many of the people who attended has been full of praise and friendliness of the wait staff.
As hosts we were not distracted during the evening with catering matters or staff monitoring – you used initiative to determine requirements, thereby allowing us to enjoy precious time with our guests. Even the day after the party was made easy because the peripheral extras such as glasses, crockery, cutlery etc. were all brought in by you, cleaned and removed again. Well done Craig & Ryan – once again we thank everyone at Cube Catering and look forward to having your help again when next we party!

Just wanted to thank you both so much for the amazing job you did at my recent birthday party. I cannot begin to tell you how impressed I was with the quality of the food and service on the night, and the ease with which you pulled my event together. I think the coup de grace was seeing you and your staff cleaning up the kitchen and vacuuming the floor…. my night could not have got better… amazing food, presented so beautifully and a clean kitchen to wake up to…what more could a woman want?!

We recently celebrated our engagement with a large party attended by friends and family. Being a social occasion, we saw it as imperitive that the evening was a memorable one – a night that we could really celebrate with our loved ones.
We were aware of the fact that it is too often the family members and close friends that get stuck with the labour intensive and inconvenient job of cooking and serving all the food at parties. We wanted our guests to be exactly that – guests. Free to enjoy the night as they deemed fit, not to be trapped in the kitched preparing food and cleaning plates and glasses.
With this in mind we decided to contact Cube Catering. What a fantastic decision this turned out to be! We spoke with both Craig and Ryan and found them to be very friendly, well organized and professional. Nothing was a problem, nothing was a hassle.
In the lead up to the party they were absolutely terrific. On the night of the engagement party the food was sensational. We gleefully absorbed many compliments from our guests as to the quality of the food and of the friendly demeanour and efficiency of the Cube Catering staff.
We would love to take the credit for the brilliant food and professional service; however all credit must go to the fantastic team at Cube Catering!
We, along with our friends and family, were able to enjoy a very memorable experience in celebrating our engagement. We didn’t have to worry about a anything. We just enjoyed the night. Without a doubt the underpinning factor in the nights success was due to Cube Catering.

It gives me great pleasure in writing this letter commending your work as well as your well trained and friendly staff on their personable and professional service provided at our company “cocktail party”, held in August 2008.
The preparation required from our end was minimal. You took care of everything! The guidance on the range of finger food, catering for vegetarian, celiac and other specific food requirements was very helpful. The food was exceptionally fresh and delicious, timed to perfection and there was just the right amount.
You also made valuable cocktail list suggestions which were all a hit. Your bar and waiting staff were wonderful even until the early hours of the morning when, not due to the Cube team, drinks ran dry! You even provided for guests to be greeted at the door, an added extra which added to the night’s success.
I am more than delighted with your Cube Catering team and would be more than happy to have you assist us hold a function in the future. Thank you.
